We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, after which your order is handed over to our carriers. For our standard UK service, please allow 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered and 15 working days for international parcels, as we are unable to raise this with the courier before this time. If you have any questions about your order get in touch with us via hello@perfectted.com.
In most cases once an order has been placed we cannot amend or cancel it so do make sure all of your details are correct before placing your order.
Please note that we are not liable if a parcel goes missing if you have selected a "Safe Place/Space" for your parcel to be left, however we will do our best to help you so get in touch via hello@perfectted.com and we'll see what we can do!
UK Shipping
Standard Shipping
All standard orders within the UK are sent with Parcel Force 48 (3-5 working day service). This service is free over a certain value that may adjust over time.
Express UK Shipping
We offer a Next Working Day (Mon-Friday) service with DPD, please place your order before 12pm so that we have enough time to get your order ready for the postie!
International Shipping
At the moment we are only able to offer international shipping to the following countries:
Prices are dependent upon the weight of your parcel so do vary. We use a DHL Worldwide Express DDU (delivery duty unpaid) service so you may have to pay additional duties.

Returns Policy
Food and beverage items are non-returnable unless faulty, with proof required. Hardware items (e.g., whisks) must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered by the Company. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@perfectted.com with your order details and, if applicable, proof of fault. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Discount Code Policy
Validity and Use:
Discount codes issued by Made Beverages Ltd are subject to the following terms:
- Discount codes are valid for one-time use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or offers.
- Discount codes must be used within their stated validity period. Expired discount codes will not be accepted.
Right to Amend or Cancel:
Made Beverages Ltd reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any discount code at our sole discretion without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where discount codes are misused, fraudulently obtained, or applied in violation of these terms.
Limitations and Conditions:
- Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value.
- Discounts apply only to products listed on our website unless specified otherwise.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct application of discount codes at the time of checkout. We are unable to retroactively apply discounts to completed purchases.

No Liability:
Made Beverages Ltd will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the cancellation or amendment of discount codes, including errors caused by technical issues, misuse, or unauthorized sharing.
TERMS OF SALE
1. By accepting this Sales Order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale override and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations, or informal understandings between the parties. For the avoidance of doubt, they do not supersede any previously executed or agreed Terms of Sale agreements, which shall continue to govern unless expressly modified in writing and
signed by both parties.
2. The Customer acknowledges that, as with all agricultural products, matcha exhibits
natural variations in characteristics such as colour, taste, texture and aroma. These
variations may occur between production batches and the company makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the consistency of such characteristics. The Customer agrees that such variations are inherent to the product and do not constitute grounds for returns or refunds.
3. All sales are final once the order is confirmed and accepted. The Customer agrees that no returns or refunds will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to
dissatisfaction with the natural variations in the product. The company has taken steps to ensure the highest quality of the product, but the acceptance of the order constitutes full acceptance of the goods as described, with no obligation for refunds or exchanges.
4. Following delivery, the Customer assumes full responsibility for the correct storage,
handling, preservation and protection of the goods. Goods must be stored in a cool, dry environment, protected from heat, moisture, light exposure, strong odours and other
contaminants. Any deterioration or variation in quality arising from storage, handling,
repackaging, mixing or use by the Customer, including oxidation, colour or flavour changes, aroma changes or clumping, shall not constitute a defect and shall not entitle the Customer to any return, refund, or replacement.
5. Risk of loss, damage or deterioration in the goods transfers to the Customer at the point of collection from the company. The Company accepts no liability for any damage, shortage, contamination, delay or loss occurring during transportation, regardless of carrier, route, or shipping method. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to obtain and maintain appropriate transit insurance to cover all risks from the point of collection onwards.
6. All products undergo regular quality testing to ensure they meet the company’s
standards. However, the company makes no guarantees regarding product performance or satisfaction beyond the standards set at the time of shipment. Customers wishing to verify product quality prior to shipping may request samples, which will be provided at the Customer's expense.
7. The Customer is required to inspect the goods upon receipt for visible transit damage. Any claims for damage or shortages must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt. Failure to notify the company within this period will constitute acceptance of the goods and waiver of any claims.
8. The Company shall not be responsible for any delay, partial delivery or inability to fulfil the order arising from causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include, without limitation: adverse weather conditions, agricultural or crop failures, raw material shortages, global or regional supply chain disruptions, port congestion, carrier delays, customs delays, labour strikes, acts of government or delays caused by the Company’s suppliers or manufacturing partners. In such circumstances, delivery dates shall be extended accordingly and the customer shall not be entitled to cancellation, refund or any form of compensation.
9. The company provides no warranty, express or implied, other than as set forth herein. No additional or different warranties apply and the company specifically disclaims all
warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. The company's liability for any claim arising out of the sale or delivery of goods shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the Customer for the specific goods in question. In no event will the company be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any third-party claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Customer’s use or distribution of the products.
12. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
13. Once the Sales Order is confirmed, it is deemed to be final and non-cancellable. The
Customer understands that once the order is placed and confirmed, no cancellations,
modifications or changes will be permitted unless mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
