An indulgent twist on your matcha moment. This Tiramisu Matcha Latte is creamy, rich, and lowkey addictive. Inspired by everyone’s favourite Italian dessert, it layers smooth matcha with a sweet, velvety mascarpone topping—and yes, we went full extra and added a ladyfinger on top.
It’s dessert in a glass. But still vibey enough for a midday pick-me-up.
Tiramisu Matcha Latte Recipe 🍵☁️🍰
Ingredients
4g PerfectTed Ceremonial Grade Matcha
60ml hot water (60–80°C)
100ml milk of choice
Ice
Tiramisu Cream Topping
1 tbsp mascarpone
2 tbsp double cream
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
To Finish
Dusting of matcha powder
1 ladyfinger biscuit (optional but fun)
Method
Sift your matcha into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until smooth and frothy.
Pour your matcha over ice in a glass, then add your milk.
In a separate bowl, blend the mascarpone, double cream, honey, and vanilla extract until thick and creamy.
Gently spoon the tiramisu cream over your matcha latte.
Dust with matcha powder and garnish with a ladyfinger for that perfect tiramisu finish.
